Winging it Blind
A blind veteran from Derbyshire is writing a cookbook of recipes offering valuable techniques when cooking and being visually-impaired. Simon Mahoney is 73 and from Ashbourne. He hopes to inspire blind and partially sighted people who may be scared of cooking to become confident and make meals from scratch themselves.
