A Big Thank You to Jane Stapleton
A big thank you to knit and natter group member, Jane Stapleton, who has been busy during lockdown knitting squares for blankets which have been sewn together and sold in the community to raise funds for PSS. Jane, who had full vision until at the age of 17, developed a brain tumour which subsequently left her blind. Several years later, she developed complications connected to the tumour which left her hearing impaired. Jane, who is an inspiration to us all, wrote and published her story – My Life in Their Hands.
